Microwave Chocolate Cake w/ boiled egg pudding frosting

 Forsted Microwave Chocolate Cake [Mug cake (300kcal) + frosting (300kcal)]


Microwave chocolate cake (300kcal)

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 tbsp butter, melted

  • 3 tbsp almond flour

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp sweetener 

  • ½ tsp baking powder


Mix well and microwave for 1 min 30 seconds. refrigerate for a while to remove eggy feel.



Chocolate Hardboiled Egg Pudding (300kcal)

Ingredients

  • 2 hard-boiled eg

  • 200 ml milk

  • 16 g cocoa powder (unsweetened)

  • 20 g sweetener (allulose / erythritol / sugar)

  • Pinch of salt

Blend well in a good blender and refrigerate overnight to remove eggy smell. 
Tastes surprisingly good!
